 Rice With Dried Apricots

 Description
This dish is attractive that differs it from traditional Lenten meal and should not only slake hunger, but bring a real gastronomical pleasure.
 Method
Fry diced carrots and onion in oil, add water to it, bring to a boil, season to taste. Add washed dried apricots, rice and cook until done. Serve hot sprinkled with chopped scallions.

  • 2 ea carrot.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • oil.
  • dried apricots to taste.
  • 1 c rice.
  • salt.
  • scallions.
