 | | Description | | Skazka cake is a very moist cake, which does have a lot of callories because there is a lot of butter and sugar. But the cake is trully delicious. It is fairly easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time. Don't be scared by all the steps, it is easy!!! | | | Method | Mix the eggs with sugar together with a mixer until it becomes all one mass. Add the sour cream and the condenssed milk to the eggs and sugar and mix it all together with a mixer. Then, for this step use a new bowl; put the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix with a spoon. Then, you have to add the mix of flour into the bowl with the eggs (1st bowl). Mix all of that together until the mass looks like liquid sour cream. Before putting that mass into the baking container, put some cooking oil and add some flour and mix it and spread it all over the sides, this is so that when the cake is done you can pull it out easily. One important thing, put only half of your mix in the container, to the other half add the cocao powder and mix it in the bowl. When that is done add it to the mix that is in the container and with a spoon make circles so that it looks like you have a two colored cake. Then preheat the oven to 300C and put the container in the oven for 45min, or until it is golden brown and there is no more liquid mass left. Cool of the cake before putting on the cream. Cut the cake into 3 peaces, make sure they are cool and then apply the cream. You can sprinkle the top of the cake with cholocate or almonds or nuts, anything your heart desires. Cream Beat the soft cream until it''s very soft and then add the can of cond. milk and mix it, until it becomes like cream.
