 If you have breakdown…

1. Cook 1 c oats in 5 c water until it is reduced twice, strain. Add 2 cup of milk and bring to boil, after that add 4 teaspoons of honey and bring to boil again. Drink warm 2-3 times a day.

2. Chop finely raisins, dried apricots, prunes and dried figs (200 g each), stir in finely chopped 25 walnuts. Take 1 tablespoon a day during a month or more.

3. Eat celery as much as possible regularly.

4. In a bottle, put 300 g peeled garlic, pour over alcohol and leave for 3 weeks. Drink 20 drops in 1/2 cup of milk every day.

5. Pour 1 c boiling water over 2 tablespoons of dry dogrose hips and boil on low heat for 10 minutes. Brew for 1 hour, strain. Drink 1/2 c 2-3 times a day.

6. Pour 1 c boiling water over 1 tablespoons of snowball tree berries, brew for 1-2 hours, strain. Drink 1/2 cup 2 times a day.

7. Eat Cornelian cherries regularly.
