"Bird's milk" - the name of the sweets with a whipped body, glazed with chocolate, popular in European countries. In the Soviet Union, the bird's milk cake was invented with a souffle filling and chocolate icing.
After the trip of the USSR Minister of Food Industry V.P. Zotov to Czechoslovakia in 1967, where he was "smitten" with very tasty whipped candies of local production, representatives of all confectionery factories in the country were gathered at the Moscow factory "Rot Front" and given the task of confectioners to make the same sweets - according to the sample, but without a prescription.
Ingredients: chocolate glaze (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter equivalent, cocoa powder, emulsifiers: Е322, Е476, flavor identical to natural Vanilla), sugar, milk fat substitute (vegetable), molasses, condensed milk with sugar, egg white powder, gelling agent - agar, acidity regulator - citric acid, preservative E202, flavors identical to natural Vanilla, Butter-Cream.
