Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Finely grate the potatoes. Add salt, flour, a beaten egg, fried onions and mix thoroughly.
Fry Draniki on a high flame on both sides until golden brown. Place the pancakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
