Porridge can be prepared with breast milk, milk mixture or water.
When preparing porridge on water, it is recommended to use children's drinking natural spring water Fleur Alpine.
Regardless of the liquid used for the cultivation of porridge, it is necessary to adhere to the following recommendations.
1. Pour 200 ml of liquid into a clean bowl, boiling it if necessary. Cool to a temperature of 50 ° C (breast milk can be heated in a water bath).
2. Gradually add 5-6 tablespoons (about 25 g) of dry porridge, stirring continuously until smooth.
3. Let stand until the desired consistency is obtained. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding (about 37 ° C).
Recommendations for use:
Start introducing porridge with 1 teaspoon of the finished product, gradually increasing the portion with the age of the child.
The recommended volume of finished porridge in 5-6 months is 150 grams, by 8 months – 180 grams, by 12 months – 200 grams.
Do not use leftover food for subsequent feeding.
