You can just eat these sausages with any side dish, but you can also cook a dish with these sausages.
“DIRTY PORKER” BURGER
¼ lb. Natural Casing Pork Frankfurter , sliced thin
6-8 thin strips of Bobak’s Hunter Smoked Bacon,
1 tbsp. chives, thinly chopped
1 pkg. Hamburger buns
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Barbecue sauce (optional)
Cook Bobak’s Polish Sausage with sliced onion in pan for 8 minutes, until its golden brown.
Take cooked sausage and cut in half. Grab your buns and broil them for a 1-3 minutes until they have charred.
Place both pieces of sausage on the bun.
Cook Bobak’s Hunter Bacon in pan on low heat, wait until bacon starts curling up to flip.
Once the Bacon looks glazed, place the bacon on a paper towel to soak up the remaining grease.
Place 2 pieces of bacon on top the sausage, add grill onions(optional) and close the roll.
You are ready to serve!
Serve with creamy soup for an easy dinner!
