Honey mushrooms are collected in ecologically clean regions, and salted with the traditional old recipes with spices.
Due to the natural fermentation process under certain conditions fungi accumulate lactic acid and therefore does not require introduction of additional vinegar and preservatives. Traditional spices such as herbs and currant leaf are used.
