Bortsch is a traditional soup with red beetroots, fresh cabbages, carrots, potatoes and onions. It has a sour taste, appetizing smell and is very nutritious at the same time. Bortsch contains a lot of vitamin C because it consits mainly of cabbage which has more vitamin C than lemons.
Cooking directions: empty the contents of the jar into a pan, add 1-2 liters of water and boil for 3-4 minutes.
