Sibiu salami is the most famous of Romanian cured meats made from finely ground pork, seasoned with garlic and smoked using beech wood which imparts its unique flavor. It has a soft, buttery texture that literally melts on your tongue.
Its subtle spice accentuates the rich, meaty flavor and finishes with an almost sweet aftertaste.
