The appetizer looks like a pate, and its color can vary from beige to light pink, depending on the type of caviar.
Ingredients: Water, Canola Oil, Cod (Fish) Roe, Lemon Juice, Vegetable Juice (Color), Lactic Acid and Acetic Acid.
