Quick cancellation of the order is possible until the parcel is handed over to the transport company (those before you receive the letter with the tracking number).
If the parcel has already been sent to your address, you must initiate its return.
After the order is collected and sent to the transport company, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to the tracking page of the package.
Please note that tracking a parcel by tracking number is possible a few hours after receiving the number. The transport company needs some time to accept the parcel and update its status.
