A real taste of the popular Italian dessert. Completely natural composition. You just need to add milk and beat with a mixer for 3 minutes. In this format, it is easy to prepare a cream of the desired density, preserving the original taste. Created for desserts and pastries.
Methods of use:
Air dessert "Whipped cream".
1. Pour 300-330 ml of cold milk into a high bowl and pour out the contents of the package.
2. Mix with a mixer at minimum speed, then beat for 3 minutes at maximum speed until an airy dessert is obtained.
3. Cool the finished product before serving.
Cake cream
Pour 250 ml of cold milk into a high bowl and pour out the contents of the package. Mix with a mixer at minimum speed, then beat for 3 minutes at maximum speed until a thick cream is obtained. The resulting cream is used for layering and decorating the cake. Cool the finished product before serving.
Cake cream can be given a different taste and aroma by adding jam, berries, fruits, nuts, etc.
To prepare a denser cream, you can reduce the amount of milk to 200 ml.
1 package is enough to layer and decorate a whole cake (diameter no more than 24 cm).
It is recommended to store the finished cream in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat, glucose syrup, thickener (corn starch), emulsifiers (E471, E472a), milk proteins, cocoa powder, coffee extract, natural flavor, stabilizer (E340ii). The product may contain traces of gluten-containing cereals.
