Several dishes that can be cooked with pork sausages:
Sausages in the dough.
You will need: 250 g of ready-made puff pastry, 4 sausages, 1 egg. Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares and make incisions in half of each. Wrap the sausages in the dough, grease with egg and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sausages in pita bread.
You will need: 150 g of pita bread, 3 sausages, 100 g of hard cheese, 15 g of dill, 2 tablespoons of ketchup. Cut the pita bread into strips, grease with ketchup and sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Put each sausage, wrap the rolls and lightly fry them in a frying pan.
Buckwheat with sausages and gravy.
Fry the chopped onions and carrots in a frying pan, add the sausages and simmer in tomato sauce with the addition of herbs. Serve with buckwheat.
Sausages in tomato sauce in Finnish. Cut 500 g of sausages into thick circles, chop the onion. Melt 100 g of butter and fry the onion. Then cook it with meat for a few more minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mustard, toss in the bay leaf.
Simple vegetable soup with sausages. Chop 3-4 potatoes, 5-6 sausages and 200 g of cabbage. Grate the carrots. Boil one and a half liters of water or chicken broth. Cook the potatoes and carrots for about 10 minutes, add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes. Throw in the sausages. After 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and chopped herbs. Check all the vegetables for readiness: they should become soft.
