A product made on the basis of natural rye malts (fermented and unfermented). It is used in baking homemade products: bread, gingerbread, muffins and biscuits made from wheat and rye flour and their mixtures. Rye malt extract (or concentrate) has a delicate malt flavor and aroma of roasted malt. Thanks to it, the taste characteristics and appearance of the product improve: the crust turns out to be more toasty, and the crumb is porous and uniform. The use of malt extract increases the freshness of homemade pastries.
